Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a favorite of ours. It’s for all our Gnome lovers. This cute little Gnome on an Egg is on cuteness overload. Before I show you what we have, just a reminder to make sure you check out the SALE ROOM we are adding new items all the time. So much fun!!!

This is what it looks like when it’s closed. I used the Oval Fold Frame, Tall Curve Background and Flower Field Tall Curve Border for this version. Make sure you watch the video to see how easy this is to put together.

The Gnome on an Egg is an adorable little set that I’m using for Easter this year. I stamped the image with our Hybrid Black Ink and colored this cutie with Copic Markers. I used Crystal Glaze for a little dimension on his nose (on the next card I used it on the flowers also).
Copic Colors I used:
Outside Ears – W0, W3
Inside Ears – R00, R21, R32
Face/Hands – E00, E11
Beard – C1, C3, C5
Flowers – C1, C5
Leaves – YG03, YG17
Inside Flowers – YR12, R24
Clothes & Shoes – BV00, BV04, BV31
Egg – B0000, B00, B02
The sentiment comes from a set that is called Jillian and Friends.
It’s a set filled with images and sentiments for the spring.
You know how much I love texture. I used the Semi-Circle Stackers for my frame die. I LOVE this die set and it really reminded me of eggs ha ha ha! For the textured background I used our Garden Harmony 3D Embossing Folder. It’s a 3D folder that is one of my favorites. To put the card together, I used Deluxe Adhesive and Crafty Foam Tape.

Colors I used:
Outside Ears – W0, W3

Egg – B0000, B00, B02
Nuvo Drops – I used Crushed Grape
Using the Gnome on an Egg stamp set and the Oval Fold Frame along with the Flower Field Tall Curve Border is what makes up this card. BUT….the difference with this card is that I only used 1 of the Oval Fold Frames and I cut off the little tab. I adhered this layer with our Crafty Foam Tape to raise the oval layer onto the card base. The image from Gnome on an Egg is stamped directly onto the card base. I only used 1/2 of the Easter Blessings sentiment.
I used the NEW Grosgrain Bow die to add a little dimension on the top. I added one of our Autumn Fairy Jewels to the center of this bow. I also used our Nuvo Drops (Crushed Grape) to put centers on the flowers. For the gnome’s nose and the centers of the little flowers I used Crystal Glaze. Don’t forget to add a few little Pearls for a little pizzaz on the left of the card. Like the card above I attached the Flower Field Tall Curve Border with our deluxe adhesive. Use the Garden Harmony 3D Embossing Folder for your background texture.
So there you have it, it’s the cutest little card!
