Birthday Mail Posh Script is what I used for this sentiment.  I also used the 3D Carnival Canopy Embossing Folder for the background on this card for the raised texture.

Wrap Around Elements is one of my NEW FAVORITES in the shop.  I used it for the bow and the tassel.  I cut the bow three times and placed them in a circle to give it a really different look.  I added a Farm Meadow Pearls to top it off.

I used the long fringed die from the Wrap Around Elements and the Quilling Tool to wrap it into a tassel.

To finish making it look like a package, I used another element from the Wrap Around Elements set to finish it off.

Use your NEW – Precision Glue Press to put it together.

I also used our Thin Foam Squares and EZ Grand Tape Runner to put the rest of the card together.

For this card I used the Wrap Around Elements and cut only ONE of the bows.
