Looking Glass Layering Butterfly

Hidy Ho Teaspoon Fans,

Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you another in our series of “Looking Glass” dies.  This one is called Layering Butterfly.  Make sure you check all that we have so far in our “Looking Glass Series”.  Before I show you what we have, just a reminder to make sure you check out the  SALE ROOM we are adding new items all the time.  Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…

This is soooooo pretty and again so easy!

Layering Butterfly

Ornate Frame

Hello Moonlight Script

Scalloped Stitched Nesting Ovals

Crafty White Foam Tape

Thin White Foam Squares

3D Foam Strips

Deluxe Adhesive

Stampendable

Retractable Craft Pick

Jewel Pickers

Fine Point Tweezers

6″ Haberdashery Scissors

Look at all the dimension.

Directions:

1.  For this card I cut the large butterfly layer out of a piece of white card stock that measured 3 3/4″ x 4″
2.  For the other two layers I cut them out of a piece of paper that measured 2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″
3.  Cut out one each of  Ornate Frame,  Hello Moonlight Script   and   Scalloped Stitched Nesting Ovals
4.  Now it’s time to put it together:
   1. Attach the bottom layer 2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″ to the middle 2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″ layer with the Thin White Foam Squares.
   2. Attach those two layers to the top 3 3/4″ x 4″ layer centering all of them.
   3. Now we are going to attach this to the base card.  You need to add Crafty White Foam Tape to the outside of the frame (DO NOT put any tape on the smaller layers) just surround the outside of the frame and add this to the card base.
   4. Cut out one Scalloped Stitched Nesting Oval from white card stock.
   5. Cut out one Lavender background from Hello Moonlight Script and three from white card stock.
   6. Adhere all of these together and attach this sentiment to the top layer with Thin White Foam Squares

And that is it!!!  So simple!!!  So Elegant!!!!
