Cut out the Birthday Party Rub-On Transfers that you want to use for the card using the 6″ Haberdashery Scissors.  I like to lay them out before I start to apply them to the layer.  Rub them onto the card stock with either the popsicle stick that comes with it or with the Ranger Craft Scraper which is what I use.  If you get any rub-on where you don’t want them, use the Sand Eraser to just erase it away!  Poof…gone!

Cut out this layer using the Mix and Match Scallops Die.  I layered that onto a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ piece of red card stock using the 3D White Foam Tape and that piece will be adhered to the card base using the EZ Grand Tape Runner.

Now to bling this cute card up and bring it to the next level.  I started with Crystal Glaze and added some shine and dimension to the round balloon and the two dog balloons.  What can balloons be without Crystal Glaze.   So shiny and raised!  CUTENESS on overload!  I also added some Wink of Stella to the hat, cake and cupcake.  

To finish it off I used some Autumn Fairy Jewels around the card and a Farm Meadow Pearl to the top of the hat.  Add a little twine bow to the large balloon using the Precision Glue Press.  And that is it my friends.  So much fun and soooooooo easy!  Give it a try.

Add your card to one of our A2 White or A2 Cream Envelopes and mail it off to your dear friend.
