April 8, 2022.  Today’s card  from Teaspoon of Fun  is another in our collection of “peekers” cards.  This collection of cute little critters have been so much fun to work with and even more fun to send to friends and family.  This one won’t disappoint you.   Let’s take a look at what I picked for you today…

The Old Buzzard Combo comes with 3 designs, matching dies and 7 of the cutest sayings (very appropriate to this old buzzard)!!!  For the top layer I used our Slimline Card Builder.  What I love about this die is that you have so many versatile elements to it.  You have the base that cuts out the outline.  Then you have three different cut-outs that can be used together or separately (a square, a circle and an oval).  I chose to use all three for these little peekers.  

For the balloons I used the Uplifting Balloons Set.  I cut them out of our Princess Pink Sparkle Paper, Seafoam Sparkle Paper and Lemon-Lime Sparkle Paper.  If you want to get a Sparkle Paper Variety Pack you can try all the colors we carry and decide which ones you want to get larger packs.

I used our Midnight Shadows Glitter Markers and the Northern Lights Glitter Makers to color their hats.  I wanted the sparkle to coordinate with the Sparkle Papers.  To add to the fun on this card, I added drops of Caribbean Ocean Crystal Drops, Violet Galaxy Crystal Drops and Apple Green Crystal Drops.  Our drop collection is so much more economical than pearls.  You have a whole bottle of any size you want to make. I added Mini Pom Poms to their hats.  For a short time, these pom poms are on sale.

I attached this layer to the Slimline Card Bases with our Black Crafty Foam Tape.  Remember to get a package of our Slimline Envelopes for your card.   This stamp set is soooooooo stinken cute!  ha ha ha
