Stick and Shine Combo from Penny Black, Stick and shine rub-ons are a great way to add foil to your project without using heat or other tools. Stick and shine adhesive decorations/sentiments can be cut out and adhered to your choice of cardstock, adhesive is exposed and then foil can be added. Use Stick and Shine Applicator, sold separately to make releasing the adhesive easy!
