As promised yesterday, today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you some more ideas for our new card kit. I call it “The Flight of the Butterflies”. Such a pretty set of 7 red rubber stamps. Black Fine Detail Embossing Powder
These literally take only minutes to color! You can use anything you are comfortable to color with. I used Copic Markers to color mine but I will also use my watercolors and pencils. This is such a beautiful set! I’m even going to try a BLACK AND WHITE card using this stamp set.

Hybrid Ink – I used Golden Rod and Black
Colors I used: Y00, Y06, Y23 and YR04

Black Fine Detail Embossing Powder
Hybrid Ink – I used Black

Thistle – RV10, V06, V12

For the Petunia card I did a little paper piecing. I stamped the entire stamp on the cardstock. Then I inked up just the butterfly from that stamp and stamped it on scrap card stock. I colored it and cut it out. Then I put Deluxe Adhesive only on the body of the butterfly. Then I used my Retractable Pick to curve the wings. Can you see it in the picture? I just love this little pop to the card.
For the Thistle card I decided to emboss the words for this one. Make sure you pick up one of our Anti-Static Brush Combo’s and use it before you stamp your sentiment. This brush puts a fine powder on your card stock before you stamp your sentiment with the Wow Ink. Then when you add the Black Fine Detail Embossing Powder the powder will only stick to the clear ink. Then heat with your Heat Tool using our BRAND NEW Paper Paws.
Now in my continued effort to “work smarter not harder”, I like to stamp a whole bunch of the sentiments and use them when I need them. Here I stamped all three on one side of my cardstock.
I turned my cardstock and stamped again using the Stampendable.
And this is what it looks like. Don’t cut them apart until you need them. Just store in the stamp case.
