Hidy Ho Teaspoon Fans,

January 20, 2022. Today Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you a very pretty new die in the shop.  This card can be used for Valentine’s Day, an Anniversary or just letting someone you know say you care.  It’s a simply simple card using just a few dies.  Let’s  take a look at what I picked for you today…

I cut a layer of Red Mirror Paper that measured 5 1/4 x 4.  From there I cut out the heart, the Magnolia flowers and the Love die making sure I didn’t get too close to the edge of the mirror paper (we need a 1/4″ border).  I taped the layer (the one I cut all the pieces out of) to the card base.  Now layer a 3 3/4″ x 5″ Marshmallow Fluff layer over the red mirror paper.  

Cut a Marshmallow Fluff heart also.  Take the red heart and layer the white heart over the top just offsetting it a bit.  I lined up the points at the bottom and fanned it a little at the top, this offsets it just enough.  Dimension and beauty!  These were adhered to the card base with our Deluxe Adhesive (make sure you have this in your stash!  It’s the BEST adhesive I’ve ever tried!)

The Flowers came from a beautiful NEW die called Magnolia Wreath.  The leaves came from another new die in the shop called Super Sprigs.  I cut two sets of the sprigs and attached them in opposite directions also using our  Deluxe Adhesive.  

Now it’s time to add some Love.  I cut one from Red Mirror Paper and two from Marshmallow Fluff.  I glued the two white ones together first then added the red mirror on top of those two and added it to the card inside the heart.

To finish it off, I took pearls from our Pearls collection and also from our Mini Pearls collection and randomly placed them on the card for a little glimmer experience.  It really made a difference.
