For the background I used the Texture Embossing Folder and adhered that to the base card using the EZ Grand Dispenser.

For the circle, I used one of my favorites called Scallop Pinpoint Rings and attached that to the background using White Foam Strips.  I wanted it to sparkle so I added some Wink of Stella for that little bit of dazzle.

I stamped the new Tulips in Bloom Combo for the flowers using the STAMPWHEEL (on sale today) and Black Hybrid Ink.  I colored them using Copic Markers.  

Add some Clear Fairy Drops Self-Adhesive on the flowers to make it look like there are little raindrops on them. 

Color the boots using Copic Markers.  If you use Copic Markers, make sure your set includes all the “N” colors.  Neutrals make great shadows.

The sentiment comes with the Rain Or Shine Combo.  It’s perfect.  I added a few Mini Pearls on the sentiment and around the bottom of the card.

Add your card to one of our A2 White or A2 Cream Envelopes and mail it off to your dear friend.
