No Malarkey For This Card
I have to start by saying that photographing this card was hard. It doesn’t do this card justice. The colors are so much darker than they really are in person. The greens look almost black but really they are such a pretty green. Anyway…..
- I started with the Quilted Rainbow Inlaid Die Set. I cut it out in green and one in white. This is such a pretty die and I use it all year long! Look at those scallops/rainbows! Both of these were adhered to the card base using the EZ Grand Tape Runner.
2. Next I cut the word “malarkey” out of a beautiful green card stock (looks black here but it is not, it’s an emerald green like the scalloped frame) using the Malarkey Word Die Set.
3. I used my Thin White Foam Squares to adhere it to the Sandcastle Sparkle Paper.
4. I adhered the Sandcastle Sparkle Paper to a piece of Emerald Green card stock using the EZ Grand Tape Runner.
5. I popped that up with White Crafty Foam Tape.
6. Cut out the top hat from the same green card stock and a piece of black card stock using the Malarkey Word Die Set.
7. I offset the black hat making it look like a shadow using the Precision Glue Press .
8. Add the band cut out of black card stock and the buckle cut out of Sandcastle Sparkle Paper also using the Precision Glue Press.
9. Pop that onto your card using Regular Black Foam Squares.
10. I cut the shamrocks out of the same green card stock using the Malarkey Word Die Set and popped them up using White Micro Foam Squares.
11. I added the Treasure Chest Fairy Gemstones for a little bling.
12. NOW it’s time to add the Crystal Glaze. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE Crystal Glaze.
13. Set your card aside to dry. It’s doesn’t take long and it’s totally worth the wait. Shiny!

Add your card to one of our A2 White or A2 Cream Envelopes and mail it off to your dear friend.
