I did the coloring with Copic Markers (all can be found in the Menu below)
For his hat I used the Morning Moss Glitter Marker found in the Tropical Rainforest Glitter Marker set.
And for the buckle I used the Golden Ochre Marker in a set called Ember Glow

Cosmic Shimmer Fluffy Stuff for the fuzzy foam
Crystal Glaze on the glass
