Houseplants Layering Die Set IS BACK IN STOCK.  Teaspoon of Fun is bringing you some great products in the shop today.  This one is our Houseplants Layering Die Set and I complemented it with the new 3D Brick Wall Embossing Folder.  It’s got the flowers, the vines and hanging leaves.  Just GORGEOUS!!!!

This card is FILLED with new products in the shoppe today.  I started with the new 3D Brick Wall Embossing Folder .  Adhere this to the card base using the Precision Glue Press.  You definitely want to  use the Precision Glue Press to adhere these 3D embossing folders so they don’t “crunch down” when using a tape runner.  Add some Rose Gold and Gold Glimmer Metallic Ink.  Put some of the color in one of the Palettes (either the Paw Palette or Flower Palette).  In another one of the wells add some water using your Silicone Dispenser.  Now take your #6 Watercolor Brush, dip it in the water then one of the colors and tap it around the brick layer giving some “splats” to the brick (repeat with the other color).  Use two different colors Rose Gold and Gold Glimmer Metallic Ink to give it some great color.  We’ll do that again after the flowers are on below.  

Color and put your hanging basket together.  Add the hanger first using the White Micro Foam Squares.  Under that add the basket using White Regular Foam Squares.  Now add some of the plants from the Houseplants Layering Die Set.  I colored them first using my Copic Markers.  You could certainly use colored paper to make this go a little faster but I love the depth created from the Copic Markers.  

There are several different sizes of flowers in the Houseplants Layering Die Set.  Pick and choose how many and which sizes you want to use for your piece.  I colored mine with Copic Markers.  You will also color the little “dots” or the centers of the flowers with the Rose Gold Glimmer Metallic Ink.  Add those to the centers of your flowers. 

Add some Rose Gold and Gold Glimmer Metallic Ink “splats to the hanging basket and foliage as  you did above.  

I coordinated the colors in my “hugs” sentiment that is also in the Houseplants Layering Die Set.  Add that to your card using White Regular Foam Squares. 

I added a few of our Treasure Chest Fairy Gemstones.  Perfect!!!!

Add your card to one of our A2 White or A2 Cream Envelopes and mail it off to your dear friend.
