Gardening Gnome Card

Hidy Ho Teaspoon Fans,

Okay, what do I have for you today?  We just added more products to our Sale Rack – check back daily as we add new product often.  Since our gardens are all blooming, Teaspoon Of Fun decided to do the cutest little garden card.  It’s so sweet, I’m using it for a thank you card.  I hope you like it.    Let’s take a look at what I have for you today …

Spring Ovals Die

Simple Thank You

Spring Plaid 6 x 6 Paper Pack

Copic Markers

I used our Spring Plaid 6 x 6 Paper Pack on the backdrop.  It is so soft and lent itself beautifully to this card creation.

Here is another card using the Spring Plaid 6 x 6 Paper Pack…

We also have a SLIMLINE Spring Plaid Paper Pack….

We have so many different paper packs in our shop.  Make sure you check them all out!  Back to today’s card share…

One of my all time favorite dies is the Spring Ovals Die.   I popped it up with our THIN white foam squares because I also popped up the oval piece.  If you put full sized foam squares (or pop ups) on a card and pop it up two or three times, it’s going to be waaaaaaaay to thick and will cost you extra postage.  We carry the thin white and THIN black foam squares.  Great to have in your stamp stash! and while you are grabbing those, make sure you have the White MICRO Foam Squares (we also carry Black MICRO Foam Squares in those as well).

I like to layer my sentiment dies (here I used the Simple Thank You) three times to give them such depth.  It’s fast and easy with our Deluxe Glue.  Give it a try.

I also used our Copic Markers to color.  Don’t be afraid to try them.

They come out so beautiful!

Colors I used for this card:

Skin:  E00, E11, E13

Beard:  C1, C3

Outfit: BG0000, BG10, BG15, BG18

Flower Pot:  E00, E11, E13, E15

Tulip:  R30, R24, R59

Leaves:  YG00, YG17, G28

See that wasn’t so bad!  :0)

I know it’s summer and it’s so fantastic that we can get out and enjoy it this year.  But when it’s raining or too hot, break out those stamps and get your cards done!  Maybe even start on your Christmas cards.  :0)  Thank you for taking a look today.

Before I sign off today I wanted to show you two items I use and are in the links below (in the menu).  These  are not conventional items but can help with your organization and presentation.

I am now storing my slimline cards in a very organized way. We are carrying these pouches to put your slimline stamps, embossing folders and dies in.  They are called Slimline Storage Pouches.  I love having my stamp room organized and these really make a huge difference.

The next is how to store these pouches.  I use refrigerator storage container units.  There is a specific size I use.  click here for the direct link.  Boom, you’ve just organized your slimline stamps and dies!

Seriously these work for your slimline stamp/embossing folder/die storage!!!!

My Gardens are Blooming

I just love all kinds of Daisies!

They are just popping today after all that rain!

Even I can’t kill Lilies!  :0)

Thank you for letting us come into your home and spend a little crafty time with you!  It’s so much fun sharing what is such a passion.  If we can ever help with any of your stamping needs, please reach out to us, we are here to help and teach, that’s what we love to do.  It doesn’t have to be hard, it doesn’t have to be complicated, just fun and thoughtful.  All products can be found in our Teaspoon of Fun Shoppe.  Happy Crafting today!

Remember to share it, pin it, buy it and let us know what you think.
